  • North West Region - Leslie Callaway

Through her work in women's ministry, Leslie discovered areas of need for women such as loneliness and the need for connection in the impersonal nature of the times we live in. This led to her creation of Mon Ami in 2001, the concept behind which is reaching out to women, bringing a tea party to them, and providing a time of care, extending hospitality, love, and friendship.

Leslie and her husband, Mark, pastor at The Bridge Church in Rensselaer, Indiana, have been in ministry for over 30 years, and have three children. Leslie's heart is in children's, youth, women's, and music ministry. In addition, she is an accomplished singer, an award-winning songwriter, and an instructor in speech level voice.
